"Hey! I just wanted to share my phenomenal experience with the amazing Hannah Overton herself! With my awful experience as a 24/25 year old, Hannah was more than exceptional in the depth of concern she shared for me concerning the lack of information I was given for insurance coverage. It was absolutely refreshing to speak with someone only slightly older than me, that genuinely aged about my lack of knowledge I was provided before our conversations to get me and my sister the proper and most beneficial coverage. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient explaining what I NEEDED to know. "This a huge shout out to Alex Gum who works at David Perkins' office. Alex is the one of the best and most humble insurance agents I've ever worked with. He knows his products inside and out and also makes his customers feel like they are his only VIP client in his portfolio (which is crazy thinking about knowing how many clients he takes care of). "They’re an insurance company 🤷🏾‍♀️. Terrible communication. Heartless responses. Doesn’t matter if the mistake is theirs or not…they are an insurance company. Not “family”. Not “friends”. The bottom line is all that matters to them. A means to an end and nothing more. Edit: The fact that you saw fit to post private information about my account (which was still wrong by the way) just proves the level of professionalism and tact within the team. Maybe invest in some accountants and better trained staff. Ive since moved on from State Farm (Progressive) as a whole and am not only getting rates that are HALF of what you were charging, but better customer service and professionalism. Be blessed."

I know you had frustration over a higher bill, that was due to a prior bill’s returned payment and your current payment resulting in two months owed. You mentioned in your email that you do not frequently check your mail and emails, and missed the communications about your billing at that time. I understand life can get busy, but your frustration seems to be more over the results of your bill rather than our team. "

"My son and his wife have moved back to Florence to raise their family. I am going to retire in a few years and want to move to the Florence area. "I recently moved to AL after the loss of my husband. Now on my own living with my son and daughter in law. I was run off the road and took the ride of my life. Thinking I would have to buy another car and say goodbye again to my love, my car...baby, but no. David has worked with me in every aspect of the claim. Today he has reassured me the shop will restore her to her prior glory. A big thank you to David again."

"We were excited when we first switched, they guy we originally talked to was awesome and helpful and seemed to care. But every time we have been in since it has basically been an oh well your SOL attitude. Yes it is an insurance company 100% for profit doesn't care and just out to get every penny from you they can. I was told not to use my to get my bumper fixed, that if i used the thing I pay for I'm more of a liability, because i BUMPED A CURVE WHILE PARKING. Never mind the fact that I'm 40 years old and have never had an at fault, never had a ticket and have never even been pulled over. They hide behind the argument of "statically your more of a liability now" regardless of any real information. Yes I know that is probably going to be the case anywhere, but They could at least act like their slogan "like a good neighbor" From getting treated like i did something wrong when a payment didn't go through (because my credit card was stolen) To the debit card I used at that time being save in the system even when I said NO don't save it. To trying to explain that the website wouldn't let me do anything with my auto pay to update or fix, to getting attitude because i was trying to understand something that didn't makes sense and seemed to be designed to make me have a late payment again (I appreciated the warning that the system was set up to screw me but not the attitude), to being dismissed when i was clearly upset and distressed over the situation. And then there is the thing about not being able yo use the insurance without being punished. Yes I know they are probably all that way because it isn't about selling a useable service, it is about profit. But you cant make a profit off anyone who switches because you don't at least pretend to be caring and understanding."

We're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issues with your payments, website functionality, and communication. We do try to help protect our customers by helping them handle claims situations in the best way. Sometimes when a claim is small it doesn’t make sense to file a claim that may affect your rates when it may be below your deductible or cause you to lose discounts. We want to help our customers save money whenever we can. I am sorry that was not understood as trying to help and protect you."

"My agent was Alex. I don't know Alex's last name because I felt like that the kind of experience getting my business insurance was like we were on a first name bases.
